Yandex.Money Bank Card
The card operates together with your Wallet. They both share common balance.
Payments: pay anywhere you want—in supermarkets, cafes, and the gas stations. Online stores will do, too.
If a reader is marked with Contactless Payments logo, simply tap your card against it: works for payments amounting less than 1,000 rubles
You won't need to specify your PIN.
Cash: you can withdraw cash at any ATMs all over the world..
Bonuses: this is a MasterCard—you can enjoy all campaigns carried out by MasterCard.
Common balance: how it works
The card and your Wallet complement one another: they have different numbers and a common balance.
The card is a material carrier for your Wallet: add money to your Wallet, then you can pay with it in a cafe
or gas station. Anywhere the cards are accepted for paying with. When you pay from a card, its balance decreases.
The Wallet serves as an online banking system for your card. Track your balance on our site
or in a Yandex.Money mobile app, activate text message notifications, adjust regular payments—for your phone,
the internet service, home utilities.
Cost of the card, commissions applied, and other conditions
The card expires in three years. Its servicing costs 200 rubles: you only pay once upon the card issue. Delivery
is for free to any country.
No commission applied for paying. Exception: if a retail outlet has an MCC (Merchant Category Code) of a cash withdrawal or money transfer
Commission for withdrawing cash is 3% of the amount (but no less than 100 rubles). Also this commission is applied
if you perform the follwing:
— transfer money to another card via MasterCard MoneySend;
— add money to your account in LiqPay service;
— issue and add money to Russian Standard Bank's virtual card;
— add money to a Beeline mobile card (the card, not your phone) or transfer money via
The limits depend on your user status in Yandex.Money.
Anonymous users can pay up to 15,000 rubles at a time and withdraw via ATMs up to 5,000 rubles a day.
Monthly limit on debiting is 40,000 rubles.
Reviewed users can pay up to 60,000 rubles at a time and up to 200,000 rubles a month, withdraw at ATMs
up to 5,000 rubles a day and 40,000 rubles a month.
Identified users can spend up to 250,000 rubles at a time using any method they want. Monthly
limit for paying and withdrawing money is three million rubles and for transferring is 600,000 rubles.
Ordering and collecting a card on our site
You need to specify your full name, address, and pay for servicing—200 rubles for three years.
You can pay from your Wallet, with any other card, or in cash.
Terms of card's delivery
The card will be send to you in 5 days after placing the order at the latest. The following depends on the Russian Post.
You can track the delivery process: we will send you the link and track number via email.
Where to collect the card
The card will be delivered to your nearest post office. You will get an email notice. If you received
a postal note, take it with you. If you did not receive one, show your passport to collect your card.
Take the card and activate it on our site. The link to activating is in the envelope with the card.
PIN and secret word
You need to create both PIN and secret word.
Create a secure PIN. For instance: a significant date only you know or a part of your friend's phone number. Simple sequences as 1234 won't do: they are easy to guess.
You can change your PIN at any moment: the button is in ‘Bank Cards’ section.
When creating or changing your PIN, we recommend check it works. You can do it at any ATM: insert the card, enter your PIN and request to show your balance.
If you enter incorrect code three times in a row, your card will be blocked—you won't be able to pay with it even online where PIN is not required. In this case call 8 800 250‑66‑99 if you are in Russia, +7 495 974‑35‑86 if you are in other country.
You need it to call our Support Service: this word will prove us the card is yours. You can check your secret word under ‘Bank Cards’ section.
Any ATM at any country will do
. Insert the card, enter your PIN, and collect cash.
Money is debited from your Wallet.
If you are an identified user, you can make withdrawals of up to 10,000 rubles without commission every month from your
If you have a different user status, the commission is always 3%—but not less than 100 rubles. It means that the commission for an amount lesser than 3,300 rubles will always be 100 rubles. For the amounts of 3,350 rubles up, the commission is calculated by 3% rate. For example, the commission for 5,000 rubles is 150 rubles.
Payments at non-Russian stores and conversion
If you have a reviewed or identified user status, you can pay with Yandex.Money card at any stores
worldwide. If you have not provided your passport details, your account remains anonymous. Which means you can only pay
within Russia. Check your user status
Before going abroad
The bank can block the card, if it was paid with in Moscow yesterday and in Hong Kong today. It looks like
the card details were stolen (and it often appears to be true).

Converting to other currency
Yandex.Money MasterCard is in rubles, because your Yandex.Money Wallet is also in rubles.
If you pay in another currency than rubles, an equivalent of this amount in rubles is debited from your Wallet. In a couple of days, an entry of additional debiting or crediting
appears in your History. The amount may vary from several rubles or even kopeks depending on your payment amount. This is an exchange rate difference.
The money is converted according to MasterCard rate + 2.5%. The story is the same:
What to do, if the card is lost or stolen
If you have already activated the card, cancel it as soon as possible. The corresponding button is under ‘Bank Cards’ section. If you cannot cancel
the card, call our Support Service: +7 (495) 974#8209;3586.
If the card that was lost is not activated, you don't need to take urgent measures. But it will be better
to inform up about this occurrence via a form on our site.
When the lost card is closed, you can issue a new Yandex.Money card at any moment.
Pre-issued Card (without a name on it)
You do not need to order this card. It is pre-issued: simply get one in our office.
Pre-issued card operates at any stores, online, and at any bank's ATMs. Payments are commission free, transfers and cash withdrawal apply commission: 3% of the amount (but no less than 100 rubles).
Service fee—100 rubles for three years: the money will be debited from your Wallet upon the card activation. If you do not have the required amount on your Yandex.Money account, firstly add money to it.
