Please note: Yandex.Money’s partners (stores, banks, payment kiosks, etc.) can set their own limits on payments, deposits, and transfers.

Yandex.Money Commission

Yandex.Money doesn’t charge its users commission for most payments to connected stores. However, there are several exceptions to this rule, which are listed among the general commission rates.
Additionally, no commission is charged for adding money (with the exception of certain methods).
For a transfer from one account to another, the sender is charged 0.5% commission on the amount transferred (but no less than 1 kopeck).
Commission on withdrawals is 3% (+ 15 rubles for a wire transfer and for withdrawals via loan pay-off forms).
Attention: Yandex.Money’s partners that accept your payments and facilitate funds withdrawal can charge their own commission and have the right to determine their own rates.
