Limits on amounts and operation types are usually set by legislation: the less personal information you provide, the more strict limits are applied and the less number of services you can use.
Sometimes limitations may serve as an additional security. For instance, you only use your Wallet for transferring money to another users, and no more than 5,000 rubles a month. In this case, you can ban all other operations and set a custom limit of 5,000 rubles a month.

How to apply them
To set a limitation, contact our Support Service via our special form. This form is ready—simply edit its text and specify the amount for the limitations, if required.
Processing your request will maximum take 3 business days, then you will get an email. Replying to this email will confirm that you truly want to apply these limitations.
How to cancel these limits
If you are a reviewed or identified user, contact our Support Service again and specify, what you want to be altered.
Anonymous users firstly need to file a special application.
If you live in Moscow, St. Petersburg, or Nizhny Novgorod, bring this application and your passport to our office.
If you are in another city, notarize your signature on the application or a copy of your passport (the pages with your photo and registration). You can send the application and your passport copy:
— by a registered mail at the address:119021, Moscow, P.O.B. 57, NBCO Yandex.Money LLC;
— by courier to our Moscow office: 18B Lva Tolstogo ulitsa.
If its the opposite, and the current limits are too strict for you, you can complete identification: identified user can spend up to 250,000 rubles at a time.
