Limits on amounts and operation types are usually set by legislation: the less personal information you provide, the more strict limits are applied and the less number of services you can use.
Sometimes limitations may serve as an additional security. For instance, you only use your Wallet for transferring money to another users, and no more than 5,000 rubles a month. In this case, you can ban all other operations and set a custom limit of 5,000 rubles a month.
You can ban two out of the three options:
Payments to companies and at stores. Adding money to mobile phone account, paying fines, purchasing e-books, and other payments from your Wallet.
Transfers to another Wallets—either from your Wallet or from your linked bank card.
Other operations—requires you to specify a link to a payment form.
To set a limitation, contact our Support Service via our special form. This form is ready—simply edit its text and specify the amount for the limitations, if required.
Processing your request will maximum take 3 business days, then you will get an email. Replying to this email will confirm that you truly want to apply these limitations.
If you are a reviewed or identified user, contact our Support Service again and specify, what you want to be altered.
