I cannot make a payment
First, check your wallet status. If it is anonymous, your single payment limit is 15,000 rubles, you can pay only in Russia. Payments via Skype, App Store, Google Play, Amazon, and other stores outside of Russia won't work.
Delivery of my Yandex.Money card is too long
Delivery period is determined only by the Russian post.
You have an email from Yandex.Money with the tracking number in your inbox: enter this number on the postal service's website to find out where the card is.
A transfer to the card has not been credited
Money is credited within 5 business days at most.
For example, you sent a transfer late on Thursday evening. Let's count business days: 1) Friday, 2) Monday, 3) Tuesday, 4) Wednesday, 5) Thursday. It turns out that in the worst case scenario, money will be credited in a calendar week.
